Sal DiNardo, President and Founder of CBPI, has dedicated his adult life to serving peoples insurance needs. Sal enjoyed a 10 year, stellar career as a Life agent with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and credits Metropolitan for all his knowledge and formal insurance training. After a 5 year stint in the restaurant business, which had been a childhood dream the, “Hard Work” reality set in and sold out to return to the Insurance world.
Health Insurance became his new target, which allowed him to develop a clientele much faster than he ever imagined. After discovering how poorly the brokerage community was being served, Sal founded Custom Benefit Plans Inc. in 1997 with specific core principles, which he uses as the foundation for the success CBPI has enjoyed.
Year after year, CBPI grew its staff up to 26 employees in 2009, in an effort to make good on a promise to provide quality service. Our service insures that CBPI continues to enjoy outstanding sales growth which lands his company at the top spot in sales volume for most of the carriers it represents.
Sal enjoys introducing new agents to the insurance business. Mentoring, more than money, is his greatest reward. He and his wife Jodie have 3 remarkable kids. They make their home in Montgomery County, PA and Ocean City, Maryland during the summer months. Sal enjoys being with friends, cooking, and sharing a good meal.

Craig brings to Custom Benefit Plans, Inc. (CBPI) over 20+ years of sales and management experience within the health care/insurance industry with an emphasis on managed care. His past experiences include Assistant Vice President, Sales and Marketing, for one of the leading insurance companies in Chicago, Partner in a TPA Operation and Full Line Insurance Agency also located in Chicago, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Health Care Benefits Unlimited, Inc., and was employed by one of the leaders within the industry of Pharmacy Benefit Management, where he developed an excellent working knowledge regarding the pharmaceutical industry. Craig is excited about the future growth CBPI is experiencing and looks forward to working with independent agents and agencies that are looking to expand their business through a strategic partnership associated with CBPI.

Jeff has been in the financial field since 1987. During his career he ran the Life & Annuity departments with Penn Mutual & AIG before getting into the Brokerage Marketplace in 2001. Jeff started the Life Division at Custom Benefit Plans in 2005 & has seen double digit growth each & every year since. Jeff enjoys watching all kinds of sports & playing Pinochle.

Greg has been in the insurance business since 1978. Greg was the Regional Director for Mutual Benefit Life Insurance & a wholesaler for several insurance companies, including Hartford, prior to joining Custom Benefit Plans in 2006 as a Brokerage Manager. Greg enjoys the great outdoors & a good glass of wine.
Robin has been in the insurance business since 1996. Robin worked for many years as an internal wholesaler with several insurance companies including MetLife Investors, Lincoln & John Hancock before starting with Custom Benefit Plans in 2009 as a Brokerage Manager. Robin enjoys the beach & spending time outdoors with her dogs & children.

Jack has been in the insurance industry since 1968 assisting agents with insurance & annuity sales. Jack founded The Annuity Vault in 2004 and has been seeing sales volume increase each year since starting the business. Jack enjoys summers at the beach, golfing and spending time with his grandchildren.

Pam started out in the Retail Management field and after several years decided to change career paths to the insurance industry. In 2005 she joined Custom Benefit Plans and has been gaining knowledge ever since. Pam was promoted to Operations Manager in 2009. Pam enjoys vacations at the beach and spending time with her daughters.

Catarina is a Brazilian native & has been in the US since 2005. Prior to joining Custom Benefit Plans as a Case Manager in 2008, Catarina was in the Real Estate field. Catarina understands that it is all about providing excellent customer service. Catarina enjoys hot summers, vacations at the beach, learning new languages & completing home improvement projects at her house.

Sara joined Custom Benefit Plans in 2008 as a part-time Administrative Assistant. Sara will be graduating from Temple University in 2010 with degrees in Film & Anthropology. In 2009 Sara participated in a summer internship with NFL Films as a camera assistant. Sara enjoys filmmaking, playing sports and spending time with her friends in the city.

Ron has been in the Health Insurance industry since 1988. Throughout his career he has been an agent, Regional VP, and Area Marketing Director with several companies. In 2007 Ron joined CBPI and heads up the Career Agent Program and is the Senior Marketing Director. He and his wife Darlene have 11 grandchildren.
